We’re so confident that you’ll love our extensive range of fitness equipment, that we’ll let you return the equipment the first 14 days if you don’t! That's right, we’ll offer you a full refund for the equipment. 

Just make sure you keep the original box and packaging so you can send it back, and make sure you follow the conditions below. 

Fitness Equipment Terms & Conditions

1. The 14-Day Equipment Return is available on all equipment purchases from UBERFITNESS. The 14-day period commences from the date of delivery. Intention to return the equipment within the parameters of the scheme must be notified by contacting us here within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. 

2. Equipment can be unpacked and assembled for sizing and inspection purposes only. Equipment cannot be used on test workouts, where it can suffer wear and tear. Failing to reasonably comply with these terms, and returning equipment that is not in “as new” condition, will attract a minimum fee of $200, or potentially even void the right to refund.

Please note:

  • If your equipment was already damaged when you received it, please report the damage as soon as possible. Please take photos of the damage and email them to us via email at info@uberfitness.com.au

  • Equipment must be packaged safely in the same original packaging used to deliver the equipment to you. This includes the packaging of all components
3. Damage caused from improper use, abuse of the policy or incorrect assembly - such as parts being damaged, dirt on the equipment, scratches on the frames, or any other damages, will be charged at full retail rates.

4. You will need to arrange the equipment to be shipped back to the address below at your own cost

 5. If the equipment incurs damage during the return transit due to inadequate packaging by the customer, UberFitness reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of replacement of the damaged part or component.

6. Refunds will be available once one of our mechanics has thoroughly inspected the equipment that was returned to our warehouse. Please be aware this process can take up to 5 business days once the bike is received in our Sydney warehouse.

7. Refunds will be issued immediately after the equipment has received the approval from our mechanics. Failing the inspection, customers will be contacted about the break of policy and fees. Bear in mind that some banks can take up to 10 business days to finalise the translation after we issue the refund.

8. The refund for the equipment does not include any shipping costs incurred during your original transaction. Return shipping within our 14-day policy is at your charge.

You do not need to do anything! Just keep on training! Outside of the 14 day period, your equipment is still covered by manufacturers' warranty. 

2. What if I received a damaged equipment in transit?

3. Do I get a refund for the initial shipping cost?

The initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
